活力社區 - 心靜，和諧，淡化戾氣
李嘉誠基金會「香港仁愛香港」集思公益計劃
感謝您們對我的支持與投票。 第二回合的‘活力社區’項目也成功地獲得基金會撥款，推廣與普及活力太極功工程，現在能更快更順利的向前走了。
第一回合的‘活力社區’項目，是在五個團體各教授十課時的太極功課程。第二回合的‘活力社區’項目，是在繼續教學的同時，把重點放在編制一套詳盡、有光碟配合的書籍作鞏固，爲將來的進一步推廣作準備。健康是寶貴的資産，能防範於未然很重要。活力太極功簡單、易學，練習者能在短時間體會到運動樂趣，也易於記憶及堅持。它强調意念的放鬆，追求與大自然的和諧，能爲社區此消彼長地淡化戾氣、增進和諧。
是次投票的規則有改變，更現代化，但我們也能相應地靈活應變，充分發揮了與時幷進的精神。感謝大家對我的認同，也感謝活力大使們無私的貢獻。上善若水，水雖柔弱，但滴水能穿石，只要我們讓一股追求健康與和諧的正能量滔滔不斷，源源不絕的在社區泛漣漪，社區一定會因此而不同，明天也必定會更好。
再次感謝大家一直以來的鼎力支持與投票，讓我們可以繼續爲大家認同的健康而努力，共建一個人人身心健康、社區處處有和諧，也愛心洋溢的香港。謝謝。

Dear Friends and Acquaintances,
Vibrant Community – peace, harmony, lessen the negative energy
Thank you for your support and your vote. The second round of the ‘Vibrant Community’ project is once again awarded funding from the Foundation, which makes the spreading and promotion of taiji gong more efficient.
The first round of the ‘Vibrant Community’ project concentrates on giving a 10-hour teaching course of taiji gong for each of the five community groups. The second round of the ‘Vibrant Community’ project retains the teaching element, but the main emphasis will be the compilation and publishing of a book on taiji gong with VCD or DVD. Health is an important intangible asset. Raising our awareness on the preservation of health is essential. Taiji gong is good for health, simple and basic for beginners and learners. It is easy to memorize and hence easy to persist. Taiji gong requires our mind to relax and to let go; and aims at the pursuit of harmony with nature. It, therefore, has an intrinsic quality of magnifying harmony and diminishing the negative energy in our community.
The voting system had changed this time, but we were able to cope with it with capability and flexibility. I thank you all for identifying with my vision, and I also thank my students for their contribution and devotion. Our effort of raising awareness of health and pursuit of harmony may seem insignificant. However, the action itself will be the catalyst for change, and will generate ripples and a chain effect for the quest of a better tomorrow in our community.
Thank you once again for your continuous support. Let us work together and make a difference. Let the well-being of our people and the dream for a harmonious community be our mission. Thank you.
